Storage Engine Completes Move for 25TB of Sensitive Legal Data
Tinton Falls, NJ--- January 31, 2008: Storage Engine Inc. announced today that it has completed a successful move of sensitive legal data in New York City. Due to the growing needs of this government agency, they had outgrown their current data center which required a physical move to a new undisclosed location. Storage Engine was engaged by this agency and successfully moved the legal and confidential government data of this government agency, efficiently and effectively for all their 25TB of data and equipment over one weekend without disruption and while controlling the chain of custody on their sensitive confidential data.
The system was brought down on Friday and went live Sunday, users were never impacted during working hours. Storage Engine, was pleased to have enabled this to be a seamless transition while continuing to provide safeguards to ensure the safekeeping of their confidential data.
